I live in Henry County where I work as the Media Specialist at Hampton Elementary School. I have been married to my best friend for 12 years, and we have two chihuahuas. In 2011, I earned my Master’s degree in School Library Media from the University of West Georgia. I am currently working to complete my Specialist’s degree in Instructional Technology. I expect this degree will make me a more effective Media Specialist and provide me with the necessary tools to help teachers as they incorporate technology in their classrooms. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and friends.
